Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience in commercial driving.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery times. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving items and operating forklifts. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.

Experience

Prior experience in commercial driving is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy lifting techniques is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
