Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes efficiently, and the capability to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading tasks.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck or other delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care of items during transit. Follow assigned routes and schedules, making timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading/unloading tasks when necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in warehouse operations is a plus. Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class D or AZ preferred) Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Capable of heavy lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is essential. Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred but not mandatory.
