Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Experience with commercial driving and warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization of products. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when necessary.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) class 1 or class 5 with air brake endorsement required for all positions (compulsory ) Forklift certification for Sit down counterbalance is a prerequisite.(compulsory) Previous experience in delivery driving or related roles (2+years of experience)with (2+ years of forklift experience)(Compulsory) Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving goods. Experience in warehouse settings is advantageous. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
