Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring all products are handled with care.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in commercial driving or delivery services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
