POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Sprinter Van Delivery Drivers to join our team for deliveries. This is a per-stop compensation position ideal for drivers who want flexibility and earning potential based on performance.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay Rate: $18 per delivery stop
Average Weekly Stops: 45-80 stops
Estimated Weekly Earnings: $810 - $1,440
Performance bonuses available for exceptional service
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

SPECIAL BENEFIT: Drivers without personal vehicles may take the company truck home
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be physically strong and capable of lifting heavy items
Ability to handle large and bulky appliances, furniture, and building materials
Comfortable with repeated lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of oversized items
Stamina for full-day delivery routes
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Experience driving commercial vehicles (Sprinter van experience preferred)
Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Available to work Monday through Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safe delivery of merchandise to customers
Proper handling and care of large/bulky items during transport
Professional interaction with customers at delivery locations
Accurate completion of delivery documentation
Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance awareness
Following all safety protocols and delivery procedures
