Job Mission:

As a Delivery Driver at Crop Defenders Ltd., your mission is to ensure the timely and safe delivery of our products to our customers, while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe Product Delivery:

Safely and efficiently deliver products to designated locations, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their delivery experience.

Route Navigation:

Navigate routes accurately using Google Maps and Apple Maps to ensure timely deliveries.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Handle delivery documentation, maintain accurate records of deliveries, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.

Smartphone Operation:

Effectively operate a smartphone for communication, navigation, and delivery documentation purposes.

Key Criteria/Requirements:

Should have Canadian Passport and willing to travel to USA on weekly basis or whenever required without any restriction

alid Driving License:

Must hold a valid Ontario G or higher driving license.

Clean Driving Record:

A clean driving record is required, with the ability to provide a certified driving record upon request.

English Proficiency:

Conversational proficiency in English is required, with the ability to read, write, and interpret basic English.

Smartphone Proficiency:

Proficiency in using smartphones, particularly for navigation and communication.

Navigation Skills:

Strong sense of navigation and familiarity with Google Maps and Apple Maps.

Customer Service Orientation:

A commitment to delivering high-value customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Adaptability:

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying schedules.

Experience:

Previous professional driving experience is highly desirable.
