Awesome Transport is a family-owned company with a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for an Independent Contract Delivery Driver to deliver a variety of products throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate that possesses a clean abstract with 3+ years exemplary driving record.

Compensation:

$25 - $27.25 / hr plus year end performance-based bonus to eligible drivers.

About you:

Must have:

Punctual and reliable with exceptional customer service background Demonstrated professionalism 3 years documented medium / heavy truck driving experience with a clean abstract A basic technology understanding and demonstrated proficiency on a smartphone/tablet
Nice to have:

A DZ Driver's license with a clean abstract Basic understanding of mechanical operations of the truck

What you'll be doing:

Drive an Awesome Transport truck completing assigned deliveries in the GTA and surrounding areas Complete deliveries to a variety of locations including dock to dock warehouses and construction sites Complete pre and post-trip inspections of company vehicles and safely operate equipment Maintain Awesome Transport assets and property (vehicles, tools, and equipment) Complete all orders entered in

lication in an accurate manner Provide exceptional professional customer service when interacting with customers and company staff
