Zoom Bites is looking to bring on Delivery Drivers for it fun and flexible delivery force. Current openings will be for our floral deliveries and restaurant/liquor delivery.

We are seeking candidates that are reliable and motivated to join our team. For this job you must have your own vehicle, we will not be providing a company vehicle. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of their daily duties.

Responsibilities

Operate your vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload products, ensuring that items are secured properly for transport. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries.

Experience

Previous experience in driving is preferred with floral deliveries, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience in moving or handling heavy items is essential for this role, as our clients sometimes request bulky items.

STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE

skills are required to ensure a positive experience for clients. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike.

Bonus qualifications:

A strong sales background is extremely beneficial. Bonuses will be given to drivers that can help promote our other services as appropriate as you build a good raport with the partners that you will be picking up deliveries from.
