Position Overview

: The

Revenue & Settlements Delivery Analyst

ensures deliveries are billed accurately and on time by reviewing documentation and resolving issues quickly. Using our dispatching software and Excel, you'll work with Operations, Billing, and Pay teams to keep information accurate and payments moving. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and collaborating to get results.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviewing and auditing delivery documentation from drivers and brokers and making necessary adjustments in dispatching software. Creating and managing custom reports using Microsoft Excel. Verifying the completeness of documentation for billing purposes. Coordinating with Operations to ensure accurate adjustments in dispatching software. Following up with drivers and owner-operators for any missing delivery documents. Communicating with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments. Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid foundational math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations and check data accuracy for billing, reporting, and document verification.

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with internal teams, drivers, and owner-operators. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and functions. Adaptability and resilience to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and think critically. Collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
