At Red Barn Market, we take pride in providing our community with delicious deli offerings. As a Deli Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality deli products.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Supervise in various duties of the deli and sandwich bar such as cooking, packaging, and serving.
Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Packaging & Labeling:
Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
Food Preparation:
Maintain food preparation standards according to company guidelines.
Food Safety:
Supervise employees in food safety and sanitation procedures.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Food safety knowledge
Experience:
Previous work in a deli or food service environment.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead a team effectively.
Availability:
Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
Passion:
A genuine love for quality deli offerings and exceptional customer service. Great attitude and work ethic.
