Reporting to the Deli Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative\xe2\x80\x99s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Engage with members and guests through various touch points and communication channels
- Properly prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department
- Maintain and display all types of deli products according to department standards
- Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
- Perform other duties as assigned

- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices
- Ability to lift and load products: extensive physical labour is required
- Flexible work schedule; weekend and evening work is required
