Lorvale Learning Centre is a private learning center based in Toronto. We provide debating programs to students aged 6-18. We are looking for part-time coaches for casual/competitive debating:

Main responsibilities

Creating and executing interesting and engaging lesson plans Training students for different levels of debating activities Organizing debating competitions Being a positive model

Requirements:

Minimum 2-year debating & coaching experience Previous teaching experience is essential Clear and effective communicator Enthusiastic and self-motivated Team player and willingness to take part in extra-curricular activities Dependable, organized, punctual, patient and passionate about helping students achieve full potential Ability to create customized learning plans to meet individual learning goals Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one Eligible to legally work in Canada

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
