Primary Duties

Lead the Financial Process:

Own the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and year-end audit support to ensure precision, timeliness, and compliance.

Build Strong Controls:

Strengthen internal controls, develop and implement accounting policies, and streamline financial procedures.

Strategic Partner:

Provide financial insights and recommendations that drive departmental performance and overall profitability.

Collaborate with the Team:

Work closely with leadership and operations teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Requirements:

Accounting Expertise:

You have a solid foundation in general accounting functions, and your attention to detail is second to none.

Excel Proficiency:

You're no stranger to Excel. You thrive on manipulating spreadsheets, and financial modeling is your jam.

Tech-Friendly:

Familiarity with VBA, Access, or Power BI would be advantageous, but don't worry if you haven't had hands-on experience with these tools just yet. We'll provide the training and resources you need to excel.
