Have dealership experience (an asset!) Are familiar with VBA, Access, or Power BI--or are open to learning (we'll provide training and support) Are confident in Excel--you love building and manipulating spreadsheets and excel at financial modeling Embrace responsibility for monthly financials, departmental budgets, and year-end audit statements Bring a solid understanding of general accounting functions, paired with meticulous attention to detail Think strategically, and are excited to contribute ideas that improve profitability and efficiency Are ready to lead change--enhancing financial controls, developing policies, and streamlining processes Show up as a reliable, collaborative teammate with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
