The Dealer Services Coordinator will play a key role on the front line of our wholesale order operations, working directly with retailers and our internal/external sales teams, reporting to the Dealer Services Manager.
The candidate will have these key responsibilities:
Support the Dealer Services team with routine dealer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability and logistics.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to dealer requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate customer business information for wholesale partners in our ERP system.
Support in the distribution of seasonal salesman samples in collaboration with our internal teams.
Assist with pricing updates, vendor documentation, and the communication of any updates to relevant departments.
Monitor data accuracy on the B2B portal and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
Support the resolution of order, shipment or billing issues by gathering information and escalating to the Dealer Services Manager when necessary.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and communicate delivery updates to customers.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team to support communication with dealers regarding account status and invoicing needs.
Provide support to the Dealer Services team during absences or periods of increased workload.
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales/administrative support role (preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment).o Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or B2B systems an asset.
Collaborative and reliable team player with a proactive approach to supporting departmental goals and continuous improvement.
