What is the Role?
The Mobile Services Coordinator role is located at our Calgary, AB office and reports directly to the Service Manager. As a key administrative support position, you will be customer service focused administratively on our Mobile Services. In this role you will be responsible for managing the company phone lines as the primary point of contact for customers related to our Mobile requested and coordinating the mobile technicians . Providing administrative and customer service support in the delivery of services as required to our external customers, as well as internal customers; as represented by various office departments within ColdFront.

Responsibilities of this position include:
Administrative support to the Mobile Technician Team
Provides support to customers and visitors as necessary
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Check-in customers, equipment and visitors. Checkout equipment and maintain yard inventory list
Billing for main customers and online entry for customers
Main point of billing and online entry for key customers. Backup support for other branches on billing and entry
Communicating with the services department on customer status of repairs, purchase order management and invoice turns
Ensure all necessary information regarding customer interaction are up to date
Administrative management and processing of documents, including but not limited to time cards, payroll, holiday and time off forms
Ensure all necessary information regarding customer interaction is up to date
Conduct all activity in accordance with ColdFront policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to other departments by completing task as assigned
Other administrative and customer support activities as assigned
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service Experience
Parts Desk/Warehouse experience is an asset
High School Diploma or equivalent
Work effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor
Excellent communication skills; listening, written and oral
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications; Excel, Word
