How You'll Make an Impact
The main responsibility of Dealer Relations is to continue strengthening our relationships with and service the senior administrative personnel of the mutual fund dealers that sell Fidelity mutual funds. Each mutual fund dealer is provided with a dedicated contact within Dealer Relations for administrative and operational issues that affect our business partnership.
The Dealer Relations Specialist provides support to the Dealer Relations team, working in partnership with the Dealer Relations Managers (DRM) to build and maintain relationships with key operational dealer contacts. The Dealer Relations Specialist processes the day-to-day flow of advisor information from dealers, and supports the launch of Fidelity products and initiatives by partnering with the Dealer Relations Managers (DRM), Operations, Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Provide inside support to dealers and Dealer Relations team.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of dealer head office communications.
Plan/coordinate Dealer Relations meetings and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports for dealer visits.
Respond to day-to-day internal and external requests.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) of Fundserv and system enhancements with dealer contacts.
Maintain relationships with lower-tiered dealers through regular contact in-person or virtually.
Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulation changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement, and push for automation and digitalization within the dealer community.
Actively participate in internal projects, such as providing support for fund launches.
What We Are Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in a service role and/or relationship management role in the mutual fund industry, preferably working with mutual fund dealers.
Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
Working experience with Salesforce.
Completion of the CSC/IFIC is considered an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French required for bilingual applicants, both verbal and written.
