At Gemstone Lights, we believe in the power of relationships. We take pride in our work and our organization's brand. As such, we are currently seeking a candidate for our newly created role of Dealer Account Manager in our Calgary location. The Dealer Account Manager role will be an integral part of the Gemstone team, managing relationships with our 700+ Dealers across North America assisting in the development of our brand through our growing dealer network. The ideal candidate will have an established track record in customer service and providing sales support, be technically proficient, and flexible with taking on, learning, and adjusting to all new tasks assigned.

Role Responsibilities:

? Understand sufficiently and be an expert on all Gemstone Lights Products

? Engage in regular contact with Dealers and enforce all company policies & guidelines

? Responsible for complete training and on-boarding of each dealer

? Help dealer effectively market & Sell Gemstone Lights

? Focus on quality control and complete satisfaction of each customer

? Managing the warranty program of each dealer

? Being the liaison between manufacturing and the dealer

Other Critical Skills:

? Proficient in processes and forward thinking

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong organizational and scheduling skills

? Team oriented with a positive attitude and a great communicator

Experience & Work Conditions:

? Account Manager Role Experience: min 1 year (preferred 3+ years experience)

? Post secondary education (preferred)

? This position works regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at our

Calgary office
