Deal Secretary Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description

Very strong proficiency in English required

- position requires regular communication and interaction using English. Some speaking capabilities in Mandarin preferred.

Tend to the responsibilities of a receptionist including:

Taking and making calls; Booking and managing appointments; Editing documents and listings.
Will at times be asked to assist Deal Secretary with tasks, including assisting with invoices, commission split & tax reports.

Open to both full time and part time, weekdays only.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

North York, ON M2J 4V6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Work Location: In person
