Tend to the responsibilities of a receptionist including:
Taking and making calls;
Booking and managing appointments;
Editing documents and listings.
Will at times be asked to assist Deal Secretary with tasks, including assisting with invoices, commission split & tax reports.
Open to both full time and part time, weekdays only.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
