Location: 2225 Eagle Street North, Cambridge, Ontario

Salary: $50,000.00 per year

What You Will Be Doing:

Posting deals: Accurately posting finalized vehicle sales deals New and Used into PBS. Reconciling and Cleaning: Reconcile and clean schedules that are related to deals. Correcting and identifying any posting errors. Verification and Compliance: To verify all documents that are required in the file, which include contracts, payoffs, and trade-ins, etc.. Commission Verification: Confirm commissionable gross amounts on deals are correct and submitted to payroll for processing. Other accounting responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in an accounting function Currently pursuing a CPA designation is an asset but not required Advanced MS Excel skills Able to work independently and in a team Willing to work in flexible hours Must be detail oriented Experience in an Automotive Dealership environment Experience with PBS is an asset
