We are currently looking for a
Deal Clerk/Administrative Assistant
with Dealership experience, at our
River Valley Ford dealership.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Coding, posting invoices in PBS
? Reconciling invoices to statements
? Auditing and posting retail/wholesale car deals
? Posting customer deposits and vendor payments
? Balancing and posting daily cash out
? Collecting payment from vendors and following up on outstanding invoices
? Booking in vehicles and posting costs for vehicles
? Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing
? Complete other miscellaneous duties as required
Skills and Attributes:
?Dealership experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
? Experience in accounting required
? Experience with PBS an asset
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work individually and as part of a team
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Strong organization and communication skills
? Trustworthy, reliable
