• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards. Providing clear communication on updates and changes, and training Associates in service area policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to Associates in collaboration with the management team.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, encouraging an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Play a crucial role in improving the shopping experience by coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays in high-impact areas, driving the stores fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

What youll needTo begin your career with us, youll have:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred
• High School education or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills including verbal, written and active listening
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with ability to identify stated and unstated Customer and Associate inquiries and needs, Strong technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Hourly range: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour*

• This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.

What youll doIts safe to say, theres no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• Responsible for the day to day operations within an assigned production area by providing leadership to Associates, ensuring production requirements are met, while maintaining cost efficiencies, health and safety, quality and service standards, and positive Associate Labour Relations.
• Lead with a collaborative approach across shifts and supervise a team of Associates to ensure the plans and objectives are executed in a timely manner
• Plan for and respond to plans for current production and seasonal fluctuations, ensuring the effective execution of targets and production plans
• Lead and address departmental obstacles to ensure a balanced production flow
• Provide direction, advice and guidance to team members on key activities; mentors, trains, answers questions and discusses the best business practices

What youll needTo begin your career with us, we require the following:

• University Degree or College Diploma; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Distribution, Retail or similar industry
• Experience in leading diverse teams that support high volume, fast paced warehouse environments; including planning, prioritizing, developing and implementing processes, tools and overseeing performance
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to positively influence management and Associates to act in the best interest of the Company by providing advice, feedback and mentorship to resolve problems

Salary Range: $74,753 - $104,654**This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.Posting details
