As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the successful implementation of Dayforce HR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions. You will provide Dayforce product and implementation expertise to our engagements. Enhancing your leadership style, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will coach, leverage team members' unique strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.

Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same. Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions, as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements. Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas: System application implementations and software configurations Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the Payroll functions powered by Dayforce

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
