Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. Your responsibilities will include planning educational activities, providing care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for all children. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and abilities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to encourage open communication. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or related field preferred. Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture and educate young children. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
