Masterminds Daycare is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Multi-Site Daycare Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan.

The ideal candidate is a strong, supportive leader with proven experience managing several childcare centres and a genuine passion for early childhood education. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining full regulatory compliance, and supporting staff and families with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support multiple daycare centres in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan, ensuring high-quality care and consistent standards Lead, mentor, and coach Centre Directors and staff across all locations Ensure full compliance with childcare licensing, health, and safety regulations Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment targets across centres Monitor and support financial performance, budgeting, and subsidy/claim processes Support curriculum planning and ensure high-quality programming Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through clear and proactive communication Conduct regular site visits to ensure each centre meets company standards and licensing requirements Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

Requirements

Level 3 Childcare Certification (Child Development Supervisor) Current First Aid & CPR Certification Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a licensed childcare setting (multi-site experience preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with budgeting, licensing, and subsidy/claim systems Legally eligible to work in Canada
