Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves working closely with children of various ages, including those with disabilities, to promote their development and well-being through engaging activities and educational experiences.

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development. Supervise children in the classroom and during outdoor play to ensure their safety and well-being. Provide individualized care and attention to each child, including those with special needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to develop programs that support the diverse needs of all children. Document children's progress and maintain accurate records as required.

Requirements

A background in early childhood education and as Manager is highly preferred. 2 years of Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential. Familiarity with caregiving techniques for children with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
