Job Overview


We are seeking a qualified and motivated Level 3 Director to lead the launch and operations of a new Daycare Center set to open in July/August 2025. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up and play a critical role in building and nurturing high quality childcare program

Pre-opening

responsibilities



Manage and complete all licensing and compliance paperwork. Handle calls and inquiries from prospective families using the Daycare's designated phone line. Assist in planning, organizing and set up of the Daycare center. Support in hiring and staff preparation before opening.

Post opening

Responsibilities



Transition into full time Director role, overseeing day to day operations. Ensure continued licensing compliance, staff management, program oversight and parent engagement. Supervise and engage with children in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide caregiving support, including assistance with meals, hygiene, and daily routines. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction among children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education with at least 2 years in a leadership or director level role. Strong caregiving skills, with the ability to educate and nurture children's growth. Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment. Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) prior to employment.

Pre-opening

compensation



A fixed(negotiable) monthly salary during the pre-opening phase for administrative and communication tasks while working remotely from home plus $100 bonus per child enrolled.

Post opening

compensation
