Job Description

Airdrie Christian Childcare is hiring a Full Time Daycare Director. This position will commence as early as Mon, Sept 2 for training.

This position holder must:

-be a Level 3: Early Childhood Educator

-have at least 4 years experience working in a daycare facility

Duties include:

-Working with children aged 9mths - 12 years; Ensuring to support and care for children according to their age and development; Overseeing Programming/Planning; Following the routine schedules; Leading and Working as a Team; Cleaning and Room Prep; Showing the love of Jesus to the children and students in our care; booking special guests and field trips, etc.

-Admin duties, including but not limited to counting hours for the Affordability Grant, uploading hours on the Childcare Portal and submitting Prof Dev funding requests, providing tours and enrolling families, problem-solving, answering phone/email, and working closely with the owner to ensure the program we are offering a quality program, and overall day to day running of the daycare center (following licensing, health, and fire safety requirements).

*We will not be considering anyone that does not already have a Level 3 at this time. This position must be a Level 3: Early Childcare Educator.
