Overview

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is recruiting an Area Foreman to join our team. This position is based out of the Fox Creek Station and reports to the Fox Creek Supervisor, in the Northern Lights District. Pembina\'s conventional pipeline assets comprise a strategically located network of pipelines and related infrastructure including various hubs and terminals. This network transports crude oil, condensate and NGL across much of Alberta and parts of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Operations and Maintenance duties are completed safely and in compliance with Pembina\xe2\x80\x99s procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Complete and maintain documentation related to Operations, Maintenance and Safety;
• Ensure all work is completed within Pembina Maintenance Management (PMM) guidelines;
• Direct supervision of staff;
• Provide direction, measurement and performance feedback to staff in your area;
• Demonstrate and lead teams in safety and operational excellence;
• Provide appropriate support and lead change and initiatives of the business;
• Provide leadership with development and mentorship of staff to promote growth;
• Accountability and management of financial spending in the area of your responsibility;
• Contributing to the budget preparation and ensuring budget requirements are met;
• Provide support to Engineering/Projects for new construction and site upgrades;
• Provide leadership and assistance in emergency response training and events;
• Support Community initiatives, drive collaboration with community stakeholders; and
• Support and influence an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to perform and direct safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment;
• Proven leadership abilities and experience;
• Results oriented with a flexible & adaptable approach to change;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including an ability to interface internally and externally positively with field, engineering, and technical support personnel;
• Strong interest in building a team through development and support;
• Strong computer and applications knowledge as well as hands-on experience are asset;
• Minimum 5 years industry related experience, preference given to those with Leadership experience;
• Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License;
• Experience in SAP would be considered an asset; and
• Ideal candidate will reside with in 50 km of Fox Creek.

This position is considered \xe2\x80\x9cSafety Sensitive\xe2\x80\x9d so will require Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing. You may also be required to provide a Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract.

Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
