What We're Looking For:
ECE IT Certification
(Early Childhood Educator with Infant and Toddler specialization), and
Special Needs certificate
5+ Years of Leadership Experience
in a daycare or early childhood education setting
A strong background in program planning, team management, and operations
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
A passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for children
Experience or enthusiasm for
marketing and managing social media
platforms to promote our daycare and engage with families
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, care, and education
Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated educators and staff
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum programs
Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Build positive relationships with families and act as a point of contact for their questions and concerns
Manage budgets, enrollment ,tours and administrative tasks effectively
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children, staff, and families
Coordinate year round events, center decorating
Weekly grocery shopping, ordering all supplies.
Staff hiring, weekly schedule arrangement, payroll and subsidy application.
Daily kitchen routine, help with all meals.
Collaborate on
marketing initiatives
to promote our daycare, including creating content for social media and newsletters
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
