This is an exciting opportunity for a database analyst who will provide valuable support through the administration and analysis of client contracts for US internal departments and external clients. Responsible for the initiation and creation of venue records and accounts in our CRM system, and managing data and reporting to update external client platforms and report on strategic analytics across the organization.

The Database Analyst will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in collaborating in the end-to-end operations of the advertising industry.

Responsibilities



Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure Develop and implement database solutions using MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and PL/SQL Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results and recommendations to other information systems professionals Enact measures to make sure unauthorized users cannot access the data Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database management tools Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Shell Scripting and Bash. Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data Upkeep Trooh inventory in sales planning, agency, and programmatic platforms Liaise with Operations and Network Development Managers for updates on venue and contract status Develop venue accounts and enter the financials of approved Trooh contracts in our asset management system Provide ongoing management on digital and static inventory data by ensuring all files are up to date and reflective of current assets and contracts Manage and create content accounts for venues

What you offer:



Post-secondary education preferably related to business administration and a minimum of over 3 years experience in an operations role Experience managing large scale data using MS SQL, API's, Data Management Platforms Experience creating and maintaining reports from single and multiple data sources Superior PC skills with an advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps) Experience in a company wide ERP/CRM media software is required Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously utilizing strong time management skills in a highly organized fashion Professional, outgoing, enthusiastic and a real team player that is ready to champion the Trooh brand Highly accurate, detail-oriented and attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
