We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. Hours:

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible) with a 1-hour lunch

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and third-party tools for key business areas including sales, service, parts, and accounting. Build reusable data models and datasets to streamline reporting processes. Deliver regular and ad-hoc business reports to management and department leaders. Support validation and reconciliation between data sources to maintain data integrity. Monitor report accuracy, ensuring outputs align with business objectives and accounting practices. Maintains comprehensive documentation of data systems, applications, and related processes to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Developer role. Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting. Experience working with data from DBMS platforms such as MS SQL Server. Strong working knowledge with tools such as Power BI and other data modelling platforms. Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas, Power Pivot). Understanding of financial, sales and operational business systems in a multi-location environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience within transportation, heavy equipment, or automotive industries an asset.
