About the Role



We're looking for a detail-driven

Data Validation Administrator

to support our Carrier Operations team on a

6-month contract

. This role is perfect for a recent grad who loves making sense out of numbers, spotting issues before they become fires, and wants to play a key role in how we keep customers happy.



In this contract role, you'll make sure all shipment data matches up across our systems, reports, and carrier feeds, supporting operational efficiency and preventing costly mistakes. You'll work closely with automation leads and operations teams, with plenty of room to suggest process improvements and reduce the need for manual fixes.

What You'll Be Accountable For:




Validate and reconcile shipment pickup, delivery, and transit data across carrier files, Excel reports, and our TMS Flag discrepancies and incomplete entries, and execute manual corrections as needed Uphold rigorous standards for data integrity, compliance, and audit trails Support accurate reporting for operational decisions and customer satisfaction Partner with the EDI/API Coordinator to troubleshoot and resolve recurring data sync issues Suggest improvements to make data validation more efficient and less manual Ensure Customer Service, Carrier Ops, and other departments have accurate, aligned shipment data Proactively communicate when critical data issues are found



What You'll Need:




Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools Basic knowledge of supply chain/logistics (bonus for experience with a TMS software) Pattern-spotter, quick to troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed Collaborative and ready to partner with different teams Process-oriented, methodical, and comfortable speaking up when something doesn't look right
