Account Executive - Data Services and Storage are product, services, software and solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in their assigned territory. Collaborates with and supports Account Generalists and provides storage expertise within the sales team. Drives proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, uses specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. Will cover a designated geography.

How You'll Make Your Mark



Responsible for sales of storage products and solutions in assigned territory, industry or accounts. Seeks out new opportunities through prospecting, industry networking and events. Develops pursuit plans and builds and manages the storage sales pipeline. Contributes to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings. Works closely with and supports the Account Manager, providing technical expertise and support. Participates in client engagements up to C- level for complex solutions in smaller accounts. Directs and coordinates supporting sales activities related to pipeline hygiene through account managers, Presales, channel partners and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborates across the HPE teams to deliver a consistent approach to developing business, including account planning for end to end solutions Assesses solution feasibility from a technical and business perspective to to qualify/disqualify opportunities Negotiates profitable deals so that the company can expand opportunities based on the existing business, and increase the company's footprint and revenue in storage. Drives sales of the Storage portfolio, using strong leadership and initiative to successfully prospect, negotiate and close deals. Focuses on and works with the channel to forge relationships, provide enablement of key technologies, and co-sell to end-users. Effectively leads, evangelizes, and helps to coordinate Storage marketing campaigns (digital/new techniques) to ensure successful launches and maintenance of campaign momentum, in alignment with the account strategy. Acts as a trusted storage solutions consultant for the slated accounts/region. Reinforces and articulates HPE's strategy and portfolio to partners and champions to uncover new business opportunities and contacts, including new logos when appropriate. Effectively uses references to craft a story that makes complex technologies seem simple and understandable for the customers. Actively generates customer interest and understands the customer's buying trends. Links business and financial benefits with technology offerings. Illustrates the ROI & TCO advantages of HPE offerings for the customer's business.

About You



University or Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, interface with diverse business customers. 10+ years of relevant hunting sales experience. Storage related sales experience strongly desired. File solutions experience preferred.

Les Charge de compte - services de donnees et de stockage sont des specialistes des produits, des services, des logiciels et des solutions qui sont charges de diriger la poursuite dans leur territoire assigne. Collabore avec et soutient les generalistes de compte et fournit une expertise de stockage au sein de l'equipe de vente. Dirige des campagnes proactives pour creer le pipeline, utilise des connaissances et des competences specialisees pour prospecter, qualifier, negocier et conclure des opportunites. Responsable des ventes de produits et de solutions de stockage dans le territoire, l'industrie ou les comptes assignes. Recherche de nouvelles opportunites par la prospection, le reseautage et les evenements de l'industrie. Developpe des plans de poursuite et construit et gere le pipeline de ventes de stockage. Contribue a l'elaboration des propositions, aux negociations et a la conclusion des ententes. Travaille en etroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire de compte et le soutient, en fournissant une expertise et un soutien techniques. Participe aux engagements des clients jusqu'au niveau C pour des solutions complexes dans des comptes plus petits. Dirige et coordonne les activites de vente de soutien liees a l'hygiene des pipelines par l'intermediaire des gestionnaires de compte, des preventes, des partenaires de distribution et d'autres parties prenantes concernees. Collabore avec les equipes HPE pour fournir une approche coherente du developpement des affaires, y compris la planification des comptes pour les solutions de bout en bout Evalue la faisabilite de la solution d'un point de vue technique et commercial pour qualifier / disqualifier les opportunites Negocie des accords rentables afin que l'entreprise puisse elargir les opportunites en fonction de l'activite existante et augmenter l'empreinte et les revenus de l'entreprise dans le stockage. Dirige les ventes du portefeuille de stockage, en utilisant un leadership et une initiative solides pour prospecter, negocier et conclure des accords avec succes. Se concentre sur et travaille avec les canaux de vente pour forger des relations, fournir l'activation des technologies cles et co-vendre aux utilisateurs finaux. Dirige, evangelise et aide a coordonner efficacement les campagnes de marketing de stockage (numerique/nouvelles technique) pour assurer des lancements reussis et le maintien de l'elan de la campagne, conformement a la strategie du compte. Agis en tant que consultant de confiance en solutions de stockage pour les comptes/regions prevus. Renforce et articule la strategie et le portefeuille de HPE aux partenaires et aux champions pour decouvrir de nouvelles opportunites commerciales et de nouveaux contacts, y compris de nouveaux logos le cas echeant. Utilise efficacement des references pour creer une histoire qui rend les technologies complexes, simples et comprehensibles pour les clients. Genere activement l'interet des clients et comprends les tendances d'achat des clients. Associe les avantages commerciaux et financiers aux offres technologiques. Illustre les avantages ROI et TCO des offres HPE pour l'entreprise du client.

Diplome universitaire ou baccalaureat prefere. Atteinte demontree d'un quota progressivement plus eleve, interface avec divers clients commerciaux. 10 ans et plus d'experience pertinente en vente (Chasseur) . Experience de vente liee au stockage fortement souhaitee. Experience en solutions de fichiers preferee.
