CRM & Data Maximization
Shift Auto Group has an immediate opening within our CRM & Data Maximization team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Marketing, Social Connections & Community and Relationships Teams to provide clear data to ownership KPIs and Areas of Opportunity across our business units.

Who we are: Shift Auto Group is headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick and consists of New Car Dealerships (Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Mitsubishi, Grand Falls Hyundai) as well as three St. Croix Auto used car dealerships (Fredericton, St. Stephen, St. George, New Brunswick). Started just over four years ago in 2018, ReCar currently has 6 locations (Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Woodstock in New Brunswick, Stratford (Charlottetown), PEI, and St. John’s, NL), with 2+ more locations opening in 2022.
The Data Maintenance and CRM Maximization position is going to be about a ton of attention to detail and will allow us to use our opportunities more effectively and allow us to pull accurate reports. This role includes but is not limited to:

• 
  Regular checking of each day leads to set reminders for the team to follow up
• 
  Checking that any missed appointments are rebooked
• 
  Working in conjunction with BDC manager to set up automated communication via text/email as needed
• 
  Regular checking for duplicates and merging
• 
  Checking that opportunities are tagged from the correct source and in the correct stage.
• 
  Marking opportunities such as Hot, cold etc.
• Preparing accurate reporting on KPI's for leadership

The lag measures will be:

• 
  % of leads we move from uncontacted to contacted
• % of leads converted by source
