Job Description

We are in search of a well-rounded experienced Data Analyst/Office Administrator to assist in the administrative tasks for the project team. Two part-time or one full-time . Our company offers benefits, sick leaves, vacation pay, perks, and YE performance bonus review for full-time staff. This is an in office position during the business hours.Responsibilities for Data Analyst/Office administrator include Office administration, office equipment/computers maintenance, purchasing order processing, Sharepoint Data maintenance, Accounting assistance, and Power BI reporting.Requirements:

  • Advanced excel skill. Please take the online excel assessment test.
  • Experience in Sharepoint file management, Teams, Power Query, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Accounting, Information Technology, computer science or Purchasing background an asset
  • High attention to detail
  • Associate or BA/BS degree preferred
Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per yearBenefits:
