Robert Half is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a CONTRACT position in London, Ontario. The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data entry and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:-Accurately enter and update data into the company\'s database and systems-Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness-Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency-Maintain and manage records and files, both electronic and physical-Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on the collected data-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner-Document customer interactions and follow-up actions thoroughly in the CRM systemQualifications:-Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.-Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.-Excellent typing speed and accuracy.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
