The primary responsibilities of this role will include extracting data from various sources, creating custom forms for clinics, and accurately entering data into our electronic health records system, which is the main part of our Practice Management Software. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical terminology, excellent typing and data entry skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Scope of Duties \xc2\xb7 Extract data from various sources, including paper charts, electronic documents, and other medical records. \xc2\xb7 Create custom forms for clinics to use in our electronic health records system. \xc2\xb7 Accurately and efficiently enter data into our EMR Section of the software. \xc2\xb7 Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data by reviewing and comparing data to source documents. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to data entry and medical record keeping. \xc2\xb7 Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and follow all HIPAA guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with other members of the medical clinic team to ensure data entry needs are met in a timely manner What you Offer \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field preferred \xc2\xb7 New graduates welcome \xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical or healthcare Most importantly, you share our values... \xc2\xb7 You roll up your sleeves. \xc2\xb7 You are agile. \xc2\xb7 You are resilient. \xc2\xb7 You never stop learning. \xc2\xb7 You want to be part of a global success story.
