Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Data entry accuracy and system appropriate formatting.
  • Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry.
  • Proactively verify data through various sources.
  • Monitor and update existing data when required.
  • Retrieve data for team members upon request.
  • Perform data searches.
  • Troubleshoot database by updating and correcting data as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry by working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.
  • Address data inconsistencies.
  • Answer queries related to data or data errors in the system.
  • Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing.
  • Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Contact sources to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data.

Requirements:
  • College degree or Diploma required.
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar role within similar industry.
  • Problem Solving Ability.
  • Proficient in Excel & Data processing skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Has the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
