Our employer is a leading Canadian distributor of laboratory products, instruments, reagents and consumables. Headquartered in Toronto Canada, the company represents numerous industry leading suppliers exclusively, allowing us to provide scientific solutions for all areas of research.
As a member of our Data Entry Team, you will work in a team office environment to ensure timely input and processing of customer orders. In this position, you will be responsible for inputting customer orders into the company\'s data entry system and additional tasks related to data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders into data entry system
• Generate customer quotations as required by sales team
• Assist with general office administration duties such as maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Provide administrative support to outside sales team

• Previous data entry experience is not required, but is an asset
• Experience with computers. Microsoft Office experience is a plus
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environments
• An individual with high energy and motivation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English. French is not required, but is an asset.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
