Job Description
Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Data Entry Operator - Advanced for a 6-months contract role with possibility of extension.
What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6
- Agents are responsible for maintaining our work queues. Requests will be filing in and would need to be processed within a set timeframe. All of our requests are related to maintaining credit card account information and would require data entry to resolve.
Must have Skills:
- 5-9 years related experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Sense of urgency.
- Information Seeking.
- Listening, Understanding and Responding.
- Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour.
- Previous experience with using business application for data entry.
