We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and a background in administrative tasks. This role involves entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data-related activities.
Duties
Accurately input and update data into databases .
Perform data collection and maintain organized records for easy access.
Execute clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and document management.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Assist with administrative duties as needed to support team operations.
Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and correcting discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data.
Requirements
Proven office experience with a focus on data entry or clerical tasks.
Familiarity with databases.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Prior administrative experience is a plus, showcasing ability to support various office functions.
