We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate data records, supporting various office functions, and ensuring efficient information flow within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with databases, and excellent organizational abilities to handle large volumes of data with precision and speed.
Duties
Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
Perform data collection and verification to ensure information integrity
Manage and organize electronic and physical files through filing systems
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and photocopying
Support data migration projects and system updates as needed
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong background in clerical tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management tools
Familiarity with databases and ERP systems for data entry and retrieval
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with data collection, filing, and general administrative support
Good computer skills across various software applications
Attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry and record keeping
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.52-$28.66 per hour
