We are a growing healthcare company in Calgary, AB, seeking a detail-oriented and dependable

Data Entry Clerk

to support our operations team. If you're organized, fast with a keyboard, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies. Organize digital and paper records. Perform regular data backups and audits. Support administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Typing speed of at least [e.g., 50 WPM] with high accuracy. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and database software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an asset.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. Flexibility in schedule.
