Inventory/Order Entry, Shipping & Receiving Entry

Job Function:

The Interra Data Entry Clerk supports the Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving departments by accurately tracking and entering all material movement data within the Interra inventory management system. This role ensures that information is entered, updated, and maintained with precision, transferring data from physical documents and other formats into digital systems while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update inventory and shipment data in company databases and spreadsheets. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Create and close Manufacturing Orders within FishBowl to properly track tools and consume inventory. Ship and Receive orders in FishBowl, ensuring data input is correct and verified. Reconcile inventory levels recorded in Fishbowl with periodic physical stock counts. Minimize inventory discrepancies for both stock quantity and value, when requested. Review purchase orders, receiving documents, bill of materials, and transfer/sales orders to assure accuracy. Other duties as assigned by Interra from time to time.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and/or Logistics. Familiarity with ERPs or other business/inventory managements software. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and data entry tools. Strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's licence as well as a clean driver abstract. Experience with international shipping would be beneficial.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
