Duties
Enter, update, and maintain data within databases, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries related to client information, inventory, or order processing
Use office software for data collection, and filing tasks
Manage order entry processes with attention to detail and organizational standards
Support clerical tasks such as filing, data retrieval, and document organization
Assist with basic math calculations related to data verification or inventory counts
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols
Qualifications
Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data
Office experience or administrative background is desirable but not mandatory
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
