Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented full-time, permanent, Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute by entering parts order, charging credit cards, general price and availability inquires via email, quotes, processing credits, customer pick ups and various office work.
Responsibilities
Accurately and timely enter parts orders into Aspen Enterprise Software
Provide parts pricing and availability to customers via email
Accurately process customer payments and finalize orders, including pickups
Communicate with the purchasing department, suppliers and parts staff to provide ETA's and updates on order status
Call customers for pick up when items are in
Process credits/returns
Run weekly open order report
Analysis UPS bill for charges
File
Inspect, confirm quantities and photograph parts for 1 larger weekly order
Winter projects, label parts boxes, re-organize, update parts location in the system
Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Sit for extended periods of time
Ability to read and speak English fluently
Computer & office equipment skills and knowledge
Full-Time: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
