The successful candidate must have good keyboard skills and be able to interpret information quickly and accurately. Comfortable using many versions of technology and have strong knowledge of excel & other Microsoft products/ LIST OF RESPONSBILITIES
- Entering new information into database systems
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases & programs
- Proactively verifying data through source documents
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Collating the data received directly from customers
- Updating existing data
- Requesting data from the database, or electronic files.
- Ensuring that paperwork is stored and saved after data entry occurs
- Other duties as assigned
- High attention to detail
- Ability to Prioritize and multi-tasking
- Analyzing information
- Highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Competent computer literacy
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Overtime pay
- Waterdown, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
