Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into the company's database.
Verify and maintain the accuracy of information entered.
Ensure all data is properly formatted and error-free.
Use
Sage Accounting software
and
AutoEntry
to process invoices, receipts, and other records.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing and computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
