Data Entry And Order Processor
Job Description
We are a fast-growing design and marketing company offering innovative outdoor furniture & pet products. We are looking for a full-time Shipping Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.Job Responsibilities: - Order processing and shipping; daily data-entry- Working with the warehouse team to make sure the orders are processed within 24-48 hours
- Daily drop ship orders and LTL orders processing.- Prepare packing lists and invoices- Coordinate with freight and trucking companies for on-time pickup and delivery of shipments- Maintain accurate inventory record- Review weekly invoices from warehouses and Logistics companies- Customer service by phone and emailQualifications: - Proficient in MS Word and Excel skills- Intermediate to advanced data entry skills, strong attention to detail- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team environment- Ecommerce/EDI experience is a plus- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's Degree or College diploma (Required)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $34,538.00-$57,896.00 per yearBenefits:
